Trade (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the legislative consent memorandum lodged by Shona Robison, Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Finance (LCM(S6) 39). 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the Consumer Scotland Act 2020 (Relevant Public Authorities) Regulations 2024. 6. Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
