Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Food (Scotland) Act 2015 (Compliance Notices) Regulations 2023 National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023 4. NHS Boards scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Experiences of the Complex Mesh Surgical Service: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Minister for Public Health and Women’s Health. 6. Pre-budget scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will consider its approach to pre-budget scrutiny for the budget period 2024-25.
