Dr Suwita Hani Randhawa, Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations, University of the West of England. Dr Rachel Killean, Senior Lecturer, The University of Sydney Law School. 3. Ecocide (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting and review its approach to scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
